Influence play time. Our children are too attached to TV and video games. Some video games even simulate play time but nothing is superior to the real thing. Bicycling, roller skating, soccer, basketball and a lot more. Most any child can find a sport they enjoy.

Teaching our kids these weight loss routines early will change the way they live their lives long term. They will not need to think about creating nutritious habits as adults because this will be life as they've constantly known it.
